In 2007, our founder, Yousef Sharanek , after many years of working for others on residential and commercial projects decided to branch out on his own and formed YAS Contracting. Over the years we have had many satisfied customers. In fact, we have never spent a cent on advertising (other than this website) - all of our business has come to us through referrals.
